We will send it to you via email or provide a copy to you in the beginning of your initial consultation. The privacy policy will entail all of your personal information will not be used for solicitation purposes, sold or given to third party services, posted anywhere on our website or any of our social media platforms, etc.. The privacy policy will ensure that all records of our consultations will be kept confidential and not be used for public records unless summoned by judge for court, the client puts themselves at any health risk or intends to put the public at risk, or requested by a health physician that has sign documentation from the client that is acceptable.

● Information submitted when you decide to purchase either our M.E.D.I.C. Life Coaching Services or products from our online store

Your voluntary given information is stored electronically and physically in our filing system. During our individual M.E.D.I.C. Life Coaching sessions our certified life coach(es) do take notes throughout the session of the discussed material, so we can keep track of your progressions or regressions. We also do help you keep track of your at-home given assignments and in-session assignments if you prefer the material to remain on file with us rather than keeping the information for your own records. We also keep on file the registration forms that must be filled out prior to your initial first session with us and the beginning of our workshop(s).
IV. Minor PRIVACY
Because we care about the safety and privacy of children online, we comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA). COPPA and its accompanying regulations protect the privacy of children using the internet. We do not knowingly contact or collect information from persons under the age of 18. The website is not intended to solicit information of any kind from persons under the age of 18.
It is possible that we could receive information pertaining to persons under the age of 18 by the fraud or deception of a third-party. If we are notified of this, as soon as we verify the information, we will, where required by law to do so, immediately obtain the appropriate parental consent to use that information or, if we are unable to obtain such parental consent, we will delete the information from our servers.
